Como lo advirtió Yuval Noah Harari: "Superaremos la pandemia, pero corremos el peligro de despertar a un mundo diferente" pero si además está plagado de “fake news”, es un acto de justicia aclarar a la sociedad el tema de la carta “Presencialidad y sueldo”, del lector Hugo Brito (18/06): A) Con la Covid-19, el Poder Ejecutivo Nacional tomó decisiones, respetando las autonomías provinciales, dictando restricciones en base a sus Indicadores epidemiológicos y sanitarios. Tucumán no fue la excepción. B) Algunas provincias suspendieron la presencialidad con responsabilidad y otras como Córdoba y Mendoza ignoraron las recomendaciones de la Nación y quedaron desbordadas por el colapso sanitario. C) Dada la pérdida de un 30% por inflación del poder adquisitivo salarial entre 2019 y 2021 y ante la falsa afirmación de un “pobre aumento” salarial del 15%, digo que el sector docente obtuvo un 56,4% a percibir en tramos, más el 15,1 % por blanqueo de 2020, más $1.800 de suma fija incluida en el básico con cláusula de revisión, sumado al aumento del 4,55 % derivado de la paritaria nacional para el cargo testigo de maestro de grado y las horas cátedra equivalente para los docentes sin escalafón que cobran el haber mínimo por zona. D) En cuanto a la presencialidad, coincido plenamente. Fue ATEP con el secretario General David Toledo a la cabeza, quién en innumerables declaraciones categóricas, ATEP se opone terminantemente a la presencialidad y el Ministerio de Educación fue notificado fehacientemente, a razón del aumento de contagios, los fallecimientos, las secuelas psicofísicas, más el riesgo por circulación de los compañeros docentes por distintos medios de transportes y porque todavía quedan docentes por vacunar. Saber la verdad es un derecho como docentes y ciudadanos que nos abre un camino para ser libres, justos y soberanos, por ende mejores ciudadanos en democracia.
