शिवसेना सदस्यांचे जिल्हा परिषदेतील आंदोलन म्हणजे ‘काखेत कळसा अन गावाला वळसा’ अशी परिस्थिती आहे.
स्वनिधी वाटपात दुजाभाव संयुक्तिक नाहीच. परंतु याचा जाब सीईओंपेक्षा पालकमंत्र्यांचे स्वीय सहाय्यक असलेल्या जि. प. च्या वित्त अधिकाऱयांना विचारावा. जिल्हा परिषदेत मागील चार वर्षे भाजपच्या हातात हात घालून सुखी संसार करणारे आता आंदोलनाची नौटंकी करत आहेत, अशी टीका मनसे कुडाळ तालुका अध्यक्ष प्रसाद गावडे यानी केली आहे.
सिंधुदुर्ग जिल्हा परिषदेमध्ये सोमवारी शिवसेनेच्या जिल्हा परिषद सदस्यांनी ‘चार वर्ष आपल्याला स्वनिधीपासून वंचित ठेवले आहे, निधी वितरणात आपल्यावर दुजाभाव केला जात आहे’, असा आरोप करत मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकाऱयांच्या दालनासमोर ठिय्या आंदोलन केले. मुळात चार वर्ष अशा पद्धतीने दुजाभाव होत असताना शिवसेनेचे जिल्हा परिषद सदस्य उघडय़ा डोळय़ांनी बघत का राहिले? चार वर्षात याबाबत चकार शब्द का काढला नाही ? असे सवाल उपस्थित होत आहेत. वास्तविक सद्यस्थितीत महाराष्ट्र नवनिर्माण सेना प्रमुख विरोधी पक्ष म्हणून लक्षवेधी काम करत असून जिल्हय़ातील अनेक प्रश्नांवर आक्रमक होऊन वाचा फोडत आहेत. अलीकडेच जिल्हा परिषदेतील खरेदीतील अनियमितता व भरतींमधील भ्रष्टाचार उघडकीस येऊन भूमिपुत्रांवर होण्याऱया अन्यायाला वाचा फोडली. हे सर्व घडत असताना मात्र मागील चार वर्षे जिल्हा परिषदेत विरोधी पक्ष स्थानी बसलेली शिवसेना नेमकी कुठे आणि काय करत होती, असा प्रश्न जिल्हावासीयांना पडला आहे.
आता चार वर्षानंतर जाग होऊन शिवसेनेचे सदस्य जर का, आंदोलनाची भूमिका घेत असतील तर हे आंदोलन खऱयाअर्थाने जिल्हा परिषदेचे वित्त अधिकारी म्हणून कार्यरत तथा पालकमंत्री यांचे स्वीय सहाय्यक म्हणून कारभार पाहणाऱया अधिकाऱयांच्याच दालनासमोर करून त्यांना जाब विचारणे संयुक्तिक ठरते. त्यामुळे शिवसेनेने चौकशीची मागणी करून वेळकाढू धोरण अवलंबण्यापेक्षा थेट वित्त अधिकाऱयांनाच निधी वाटपात कशाप्रकारे दुजाभाव झाला, याबाबत जाब विचारावा. शिवाय स्वनिधी वाटपात दुजाभाव होत असेल तर तो कदाचित पालकमंत्र्यांच्या आदेशानुसार तर होत नाही ना, याचीही चाचपणी सेना सदस्यांनी प्रथमतः करावी. वास्तविक जिल्हा परिषदेचे वित्त अधिकारी हे पालकमंत्र्यांचे स्वीय सहाय्यक म्हणून कार्यरत असणे ही जिल्हय़ाच्या इतिहासातील पहिलीच घटना असून राज्यात सत्तेत बसलेल्या शिवसेना पक्षाच्या सदस्यांवर निधी वाटपात अन्याय होत असेल तर मग ते खऱयाअर्थाने पालकमंत्र्यांचेच अपयश म्हणावे लागेल, अशी बोचरी टीका मनसेचे गावडे यांनी प्रसिद्धीपत्रकाद्वारे केली आहे.

Mumbai: The Raj Thackeray-led Maharashtra Navnirman Sena has slammed Bollywood celebrities alleging they have turned a blind eye towards the unprecedented floods in Maharashtra. The party has appealed them to provide assistance to flood-affected people in the state.
Amey Khopkar, vice president, MNS, has expressed his anguish on twitter in this regard. He tweeted, “Several people in Bollywood come forward to help other states during natural calamities. But, I am surprised by the fact that no one has bothered to make even a single tweet after the floods in my state. Many NGOs have started the relief work. I appeal to top Bollywood stars, to whom Maharashtra has provided fame and status, to become a little sensitive and provide aid to the relief works.”
