Three New Restaurants Are Transforming the MonOrchid Building on Roosevelt Row

Get ready for another round of Roosevelt Row musical chairs: Restauranteur Julian Wright is bringing a trio of food and drink options to the monOrchid building, a place where change has been the only constant since developer True North Studio bought the property at 214 East Roosevelt Street just over two years ago. Rainey sold the property to True North Studio for $3.5 million, ushering in a series of changes at the site. Most recently, monOrchid was home to Be Coffee and The Dressing Room restaurant. Both closed in March 2020.
