BLUFFS The village of Bluffs might be tiny, but it’s embracing its summer market in a big way, expanding on the popular idea of a farmers’ market to include non-farm vendors, musical entertainment and free food.
“It started as a farmers’ market, but we’ve added to it,” Mayor Linda Sapp said. “We’ve been doing it about four years, but it has grown as far as the different things we’re doing.”

Sapp showed the board a plaque to be presented to former board member Robert Sandman, for his 28 years of service on the board.
