Havre Police Department A caller at 14th Place and Jefferson Avenue reported Thursday at 7:25 a.m. seeing tire marks and a street sign down. Travis Dillon Granger of Havre, 32, was issued a summons an a charge of violation of a no contact order after Thursday 9:52 a.m. caller asked for officers at a disturbance on Fifth Street.
