Summary: Medical Receptionist will assist physicians and providers in the clinic to ensure efficient patient flow and care process
Location: Etobicoke and nearby area
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to clinic supervisor/manager, Medical Receptionist provide administrative support to the entire clinic, including but not limited to: register patients, answer phone, book appointments, follow up on consults/results
- Provide assistance to doctors and allied health providers
- Perform other duties related to clinic operations
Requirements:
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience, including non-medical fields - an asset
- Excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task and willingness to learn - required
