This is not the first time that Twitter has misrepresented India's map. Earlier, it had shown Leh as part of China.

UP: Twitter India chief Manish Maheshwari named in FIR over incorrect map of India
Twitter India Managing Director Manish Maheshwari has been booked by the police over the display of an incorrect map of India on the company's website. He has been booked under Section 505 (2) of IPC and Section 74 of IT (Amendment) Act, 2008, news agency ANI reported. 
This is the second FIR against Manish this month. The recent case has been filed on complaint of a Bajrang Dal leader in Bulandshahr in Uttar Pradesh. Earlier, he was booked by the police in connection with Ghaziabad assault case.
Meanwhile, after drawing flak over displaying a distorted map of India that showed Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh as separate country, Twitter has now removed the wrong map.  The glaring distortion appeared on the career section of Twitter website under the header 'Tweep Life'.

Could you go a whole month without generating a single piece of wasted plastic? Plastic-free July begins this week and Mahurangi and Kaipara residents are invited to take the challenge.
To help on the journey, Sustainable Kaipara in Mangawhai will have a cup library on Wood Street so that shoppers can get a coffee without a takeaway cup.
There will also be a visual display showing what a year’s worth of disposable coffee cups generated by a typical consumer looks like.
Volunteers will be there to give advice on how to “break up” with disposable cups and packaging.

Leigh Hall, a University of Wyoming professor of adolescent literacy, has been invited to participate in the International Literacy Association’s annual “What’s Hot in Literacy” survey for 2021.
Hall, the Wyoming Excellence in Higher Education Endowed Chair in Literacy Education, is one of only 25 researchers worldwide selected to serve in this role, which is a top honor for literacy researchers. The survey helps literacy researchers, educators and policymakers identify emerging trends and current issues in the field of literacy.
“I’m hopeful that my participation with this survey can contribute to the larger discussion of the kinds of research we need to be doing in literacy education,” Hall says. “This survey has the potential to shape what gets prioritized in literacy research and make an impact on the experiences students have in school.”
