An airplane crash at Addison Airport that killed 10 people was caused by the pilot’s failure to control the twin-engine plane after one of the engines lost thrust, the National Transportation Safety Board has determined.
A Beechcraft Super King Air 350 bound for St. Petersburg, Fla., crashed into a hangar at 9:11 a.m. that day, just 17 seconds after lifting off. Eight passengers and two crew members were aboard.
