陸軍第二地區支援指揮部一名宋姓中尉彈藥技術官，去年2月奉派參加國防部演訓，後因遇上新冠肺炎疫情暫停演訓，本應於2月21日24時前報到歸建原單位，但宋男卻直到3月5日才返回原單位，爽放13天黑假，事後遭花蓮憲兵隊移送，花蓮地院法官審理後依《無故離去職役逾六日》處罰金6萬元。（記者游承霖／花蓮報導）
