İlkokulu Anadolu'nun çeşitli yerlerinde,ortaokulu Paris'te,liseyi Ankara Tevfik Fikret Lisesinde,üniversiteyi Fransa'nın Lyon şehrinde Rhone akademisinde tamamaladı. Kozmetoloji ve sahne sinema sanatları eğitimi aldı.1980 darbesi sebebiyle kendi mesleğinde çalışma olanakları kalmadığından başka mesleğe yöneldi. 1983 yılında İzmir TRT'de çalışmaya başladı.TRT'deki işi devam ederken Christina Dior firmasının Türkiye temsilciliğinde 5 yıl teknik müdür ve eğitmen olarak görev aldı.. Printemps mağazalarının reklam,animasyon ve halkla ilişkiler müdürlüğünde bulunduğu yıllarda geniş çerçeveli kozmetik promosyonlarının ilk uygulayıcısı ve tanıtıcısı oldu.. . 1990 yıllından beri özel televizyonlarda spiker olarak çalışıyor,programlar yapıyor.Bu meslekte 60'a yakın ödülü var.Türk Dil Kurumu tarafından verilen"Türkçeyi en iyi kullanan spiker"ödülüne layık görüldü.. . Zülfü Livaneli'nin Şahmeran filminde dünyaca ünlü makyöz Serge Mentelet ile beraber çalıştı.1990 yılından bu yana çeşitli haftalık dergilerde kozmetik yazıları,psikolojik testler hazırladı ve yayımladı,gazetelerde köşe yazarlığı yaptı.. . 12 Yaşından beri gitar çalıyor.. 200'den fazla şiiri ve 60'a yakın bestesi var. . Sonat ve Armağan Uzun "soyadın bende kaldı" adlı şarkısını Albümlerinde kullanmışlardır. . Yayınlamış kitapları:. "EKMEK ARASI HAYAT,. BEDRİYE,. KADINLAR AĞLAR,. MAKYAJDA SİHİRBAZLIK NUMARALARI,.
