Grießbach das schnell über die Stadtgrenzen bekannt werdende Ausflugslokal. 1946 erfolgte die Wiedereröffnung des durch die Kriegswirren geschlossenen Cafe Grießbach. Im Jahr 1986 endete die erfolgreiche Familientradition und das Cafe Grießbach wurde vom damaligen Volksgut Pesterwitz übernommen. Umbauarbeiten, einige Pächter-Wechsel und nicht zuletzt die Reprivatisierung Anfang der Neunziger Jahre zwangen immer wieder zu Schließungen.. . Im April 2001 übernahm Jens König diese Gaststätte und möchte allen Dresdnern. und Ihren Gästen dieses Kleinod erhalten.
