Detailed description is 本中心成立於2000年，位於粉嶺雍盛商場二樓，提供多樣化的綜合青少年服務。 目標： . 提倡建構和諧家庭，強化家庭凝聚力及家庭功能； . 鼓勵青年少關心及參與社會； . 協助青少年建立正面價值觀，推行生命教育； . 支援青少年面對就業問題。. . 服務對象： . 主要為區內6-24歲之青少年及其家長。. . 名額： . 每年最少1400名會員。. . 服務內容： . 青少年服務（計有中小學駐校社會工作服務、就業培訓、義工服務、外展工作、社交技巧訓練、個案輔導等）； . 家庭服務（計有家長教育活動、親子活動、家庭個案輔導等）； . 社區服務（計有社區教育計劃、社區共融計劃等）； . 特別需要組群計劃（計有學習障礙兒童服務、課餘託管服務、假日特託服務等）； . 其它服務及設施（計室內歷奇基地、青年影樓、感官遊戲室、Band房、職業訓練室、演說訓練室、家政室、電腦坊等設備。中心的成長教室可以合併成為一個小型禮堂，可容立約200人，作大型活動之用。
