Hoje pode ser comprovado pela grande quantidade de ex alunos que atuam no mercado de trabalho, seja como instrutores, pilotos e co-pilotos, em grandes companhias aéreas ou em táxis aéreos e na aviação executiva.. . O Aeroclube de Votuporanga deve sua fundação à grande campanha nacional realizada pelo jornalista Assis Chateubriand na década de 40. Asas para o Brasil, quando na ocasião, o pais não possuia muitos postos de formação profissional. Foi fundado em 21 de novembro de 1942 e iniciou suas atividades de ensino aeronaútico em 1947. Desde então não cessou mais na formação de pilotos.. . Durante meados dos anos 80 houve um período de inatividade que quase culminou no fechamento do aeroclube e que foi revertido, graças aos esforços da nova diretoria que só veio somar na mentalidade e administração do aeroclube.
