It's all about encouraging young people from the same neighborhood to develop friendship through various community programmers. YC calling all age from 12 to 35 year old be part of the youth chapter. . . It provides you opportunities to meet more like-minded people and make more friends.. plus the opportunity to do volunteer work and contribute back to the community. . . what's more? With the Youth Chapter, you can formand build trusting relationships with your neighbours and become friends whom you can mutually count on,. .
