Situated opposite the beginning of the Anderson Rail Trail, just 7 mins from Phillip Island. Our farm stay unit is beside our house and fully self contained.. Get away with your horse to work on your dressage in privacy on our Arena. Riders must have own insurance to ride on property EFA - EA or similar and Horses must be current with vaccinations please.. . Explore the rail trail riding options.. Some people choose to ride down the rail trail to the Bass Pub, or head the other way towards Wonthaggi taking in the amazing beach and sea views, finishing off with tying the horses out the back of the Killy pub while a cool beer is enjoyed overlooking Bass Straight.. At the end of a hot day hit the beach at Coronet Bay with your horse for a cooling swim but please remember all manure must be picked up and removed to be fair on all beach users.. . Private Tack shed for use during your stay.. Stabling : There are six lock up stables, all with day yard and small paddock for a green pick. The stables measure 4 metres or 13.5 foot wide X 3.6 Metres deep or 12 foot. Private paddock no stable is $35.00 per night.. Horses stabled with day yard and a personal paddock is $40.00 per night, bedding included in that price.. Shared in the paddock is $25.00 per night.. . The unit : $125.00 per night for a couple, then $20.00 per person after that.. Room sleeps six with two queen size beds, one has a privacy curtain. . The couch is a single bed with a pull out trundle single bed underneath.. All linen, towels, tea towels are included for use in the price.. The room will be made up for you to walk straight in and relax.. Room includes a microwave,digital tv,built in DVD player,radio, toaster,air conditioner,heater,tea⁄coffee making facilities, en-suite and small dressing room ⁄ walk in robe, small kitchenette, fridge, sink, all cutlery ,plates, bowls, glasses etc... . Chairs and tables on your balcony and a large Barbecue for your use.. Private bathroom, large shower, basin, toilet.. . Seven minutes to Phillip Island approx 20 mins motor cycle ride to the race track.. . Being on ten acres there is plenty of parking for trailers / horse floats / boats and bikes.. . We have a large dog pen with big comfortable bed undercover that can be rented from $10.00 per night if you wanted to bring your little mate.. Please note: pets not allowed in the Unit.. . There is also a shed set up for darts and table tennis, foosball, with a gas heater and outdoor fire pit.. . With the scenic Bass coast shire to explore, there is plenty of sight seeing to be done when not horse riding, swimming, fishing or hiking.. The fishing in the area is amazing with Snapper and Whiting on the bite right now..
