We started this society because of the growing under representation of the Arab student body.
We hope to diminish this and promote not only unity of Arab students, but to bring together Arabs and Non-Arabs all over campus, creating a multicultural, well informed, non discriminatory community.

Above all, we aim to project a respectful, united, socially conscious and sincere image of the Arab world and peoples to the Sydney and Australian community..

Throughout the year the ASA will organize events to stage Middle Eastern culture such as traditional dance performances, poetry recitals, literary discussions, and much more.
