Atlantis Theatrical Entertainment Group (ATEG) is really all about three guys: two Bobby’s and one Tony, to be precise, who had a vision and turned that vision into reality.. . The group is the fruit of the combined efforts and passion of the Ten Bridges Media Corp., a multimedia company established by television industry luminaries Bobby Barreiro and Tony Tuviera in 2013; and Atlantis Productions, a theatre company established by multi awarded director Bobby Garcia in 1998.. . With their roots in the television industry --- Bobby Barreiro having worked with GMA7 and TV5 for 20 years, and with Tony as the President of TAPE, Inc., the producer of the longest running television program in Philippine history, Eat Bulaga --- the two joined forces to form Ten Bridges Media Corp. The name Ten Bridges signifies the ten new ideas they were developing in various media forma: theatre, television, mobile, live entertainment, digital, to name a few. Bobby and Tony then began looking for partners in those fields to bridge dynamic ideas, craft creative work and develop stellar material together.. . The first bridge has been with Director Bobby Garcia’s prolific theatre company, Atlantis Productions. Bobby B and Tony both noted that the theatre scene was rapidly expanding, not only in the Philippines, but in the South East Asian region, as well. Next up was Tony Award winning musical, NINE which brought to Manila designs by the multi-awarded Broadway designer, Dave Gallo. The year closed with Atlantis being handpicked by Disney Theatricals for the first international production of Disney’s ALADDIN, preceding its Broadway debut.. . 2013 opened with the much acclaimed PIAF, a repeat run ROCK OF AGES:, followed by the musical adaptation of Stephen King’s bestselling novel CARRIE, which was attended by the musical’s book and screen writer Lawrence Cohen. This season ended with an audience favorite, THE ADDAMS FAMILY. . . 2014 saw the first “bridge” project, GHOST: The Musical which opened in April, and the magical musical SHREK in September with a holiday repeat run in December. ATEG also managed the casting of the National Theatre of London’s production of HERE LIES LOVE in the Philippines.. . 2015’s productions included the new international tour of SATURDAY NIGHT FEVER, and the first international production of THE BRIDGES OF MADISON COUNTY, which opened to critical acclaim.
