They (Nimit, Toby & Zak) decided to create Atom IT to provide the IT support to Small-to-Medium Businesses that they need and deserve.. . Nimit is a small business entrepreneur who has managed several start up companies from concept to profitable small businesses. This has given him a unique insight into the hurdles that small businesses face, especially with the running costs and hurdles that IT can present to them.. . Toby has managed has been working for the same small business for the past 15 years and worked his way up from a junior employee to running the company in that time. He has seen the business through numerous changes including growth pains, change of business direction and software development. Most importantly, he's been running the IT support for his business and very large client base for that time due to the lack of support from his previous experience with IT consultants.. . Zak has worked in the IT industry for the past 10 years and has had experience with a wide variety of support pathways. He started as a junior support assistant, became an in-house IT technician / manager for a multinational engineering company and most recently a long stint as the manager of another IT consultant firm. Frustration with the lack of transparency and responsiveness in the sector has led him to Atom IT.. . Together, with a friendly and helpful team of staff, Atom IT is providing flat-fee IT support to Melbourne based SMB's. Using their unique skills and insight they are able to provide reasonably-priced support in an efficient manner in a way that best helps their customers grow and overcome their IT challenges.
