Em Fevereiro de 1997 demos início a nossa história. No começo éramos somente mais um Despachante – Despachante Ilhas era nosso nome nesta época – mas em 1998 foi inaugurada a nossa primeira unidade de Autoescola, também no centro de Florianópolis. Desde então o que temos feito a cada ano é isso, crescer, melhorar e aperfeiçoar nossos serviços e produtos para ter a melhor e maior satisfação dos nossos clientes.. . Sempre com ideias inovadoras e focadas na qualidade e comprometimento, ampliamos nosso atendimento em Julho de 2003 com a inauguração de mais uma unidade, desta vez no bairro Ingleses. Situada na SC 403 buscamos desde o começo desta sede crescer juntamente com o bairro e região, que na época estava com aproximadamente 160 mil habitantes e crescendo cada dia mais. A partir deste momento tudo mudou. Os nossos diretores começaram então a perceber a necessidade de mudar o foco de mais ampliações para então melhorar os serviços e atendimento aos moradores do norte da ilha.. E foi assim, com foco no norte da ilha, que em 2013 tomou-se a decisão de transferir a sede do centro para outro bairro do norte da ilha. Surgindo assim a Autoescola Litoral Unidade Canasvieiras, com instalações amplas e modernas, equipe focada no atendimento e prestação de serviços de qualidade.. . Inovando desde o começo, afinal fomos a empresa pioneira em equipar toda a frota de veículos com ar-condicionado e direção hidráulica do estado de Santa Catarina. Ainda no tema inovação, nossa empresa foi escolhida pelo DETRAN/SC para realização das pesquisas e testes em diversos projetos, como os testes e melhorias dos simuladores, implantação e sugestões de melhoria no sistema de biometria e outros diversos temas que deram origem as normas e boas práticas destes mecanismos atualmente.. . Hoje o Grupo Litoral conta com três empresas em dois segmentos, sendo duas autoescolas, nos bairros Ingleses e Canasvieiras e uma empresa de Despachante de Trânsito no bairro Ingleses.. . Em 2015 criamos o serviço exclusivo para nossos clientes do despachante Litoral onde todos os serviços do Detran estão disponíveis através do DETRAN AQUI. Diminuindo assim a burocracia e facilitando o atendimento para a emissão de documentos de licenciamento de veículos, transferência de município, colocação de placas e quitação de débitos.. .
