C'est sous la célèbre Team Chakuriki très réputé au Pays-Bas et dirigée par Tom Harinck que Badr Hari lance vraiment sa carrière professionnelle. Sous Harinck , Badr Hari remporte le titre de champion de Muay Thai en Hollande avec un total de 57 victoires dont 44 par KO, 3 défaites et un nul. En 2005, il quitte le Chakuriki de Tom Harinck et rejoint Mike Passenier du " Mike's Gym " avec lequel il s'entrainera aux cotés de Melvin Manhoef et Bjorn Breggy.
