H Balloon Fire ιδρύθηκε στις αρχές του 2001 από τον Ανδρέα Τζελέπη με βασική δραστηριότητα το στολισμό με μπαλόνια για την Πάτρα σε εκδηλώσεις γάμων,βαπτίσεων,εγκαινίων,πάρτυ.Επίσης με ρίψεις σε πυροτεχνήματα και βεγγαλικά σε γάμους και διάφορες εκδηλώσεις.. Η γενική ζήτηση των αντικειμένων προκάλεσαν άμμεσα τις εισαγωγές σε μπαλόνια και αξεσουάρ διακόσμησης από Ιταλία και κατ' επέκταση κανονάκια κομφετί, πινιάτες,φουσκωτά παιχνίδια,Anagram μπαλόνια,Qualatex μπαλόνια από τον Καναδά, την Αγγλία , την Κίνα ,το Hong Kong, δημιουργώντας έτσι ένα ευρέως μεγάλο πελατολόγιο στην χονδρική πώληση..
