Detailed description is BDL - BAR. Nossa História. . A história do Bar do Luiz começa muito antes do bar e até mesmo do Luiz. Em 1942 o sr. Eduardo Fernandes e sua esposa Idalina (pais do Seu Luiz) tocavam um pequeno empório localizado na Rua Augusto Tolle. “Produtos nacionais e estrangeiros. Não tememos concorrência”, afirmava o calendário exibido nas paredes de seu negócio. Mas a concorrência ceio forte e a pequena mercearia foi abalada pela nova onda dos supermercados. . . Em 1970 Seu Luiz, sua mãe e sua esposa (ambas chamadas Idalina) mudaram o rumo de seu negócio drasticamente. As portas da vendinha deram lugar a um pequeno bar. Moela, fígado de galinha, batata à vinagrete eram dispostos no singelo balcão. Mas ali já reinava um salgadinho de primeira: o famoso e inigualável bolinho de carne. Todos na região ouviam falar, pegavam para viagem ou consumiam ali mesmo, de pé entre um bate papo e outro. Acompanhado das batidas artesanais ou de um guaraná caçulinha para os pequenos. . . Aos poucos novos petiscos foram sendo aprovados pela clientela. Receitas da mãe do Seu Luiz. Como por exemplo nosso delicioso e tradicional bolinho de bacalhau. . . No fim da década de 70, aos 12 anos o Eduardo – filho de Seu Luiz e Dona Idalina – já atendia as mesinhas e inovava acrescentando novas opções no balcão de acepipes ou fazendo pequenas reformas no espaço. Aos poucos o bar expandiu, ganhou espaço no concorrido cenário da botecagem paulistana e acabou se tornando um dos bares mais conceituados da cidade. . . Em 2011 uma nova personagem passa a ajudar a escrever essa longa história. Catarina, filha do Edu cursou gastronomia e implementou novas tecnologias a fim de facilitar o trabalho e a padronização dos bolinhos. Para complementar a nova fase, Carol cursa nutrição e já brilha na cozinha do bar.. . Tudo em família, para você se sentir em casa. . . Prêmios:. .
