Haverá camarim, área vip que poderá ser utilizada em shows artísticos e outros eventos, cozinha industrial, 4 banheiros com capacidade total de 20 box, amplo lobby de entrada, que possibilitará recepção diferenciada dos eventos, além de dois acessos independentes e estacionamento. .
