Detailed description is موسسه فرهنگی – هنری هزار نغمه بسته نگار BasteNegar institute of culture and art. موسسه فرهنگی – هنری هزار نغمه بسته نگار در سال 1389 توسط پویان بیگلر با هدف ارائه بخشهای مختلف موسیقی ایرانی اعم از گروه نوازی – تکنوازی – آموزشی موسیقی برای کودکان و نوجوانان – تجربیات جدید و احیای موسیقی دوران مختلف ایران تاسیس شده است. فعالیتهای این موسسه به دو دسته تقسیم میشود. . 1- تولیدات داخل موسسه که شامل : آثار ساخته شده،سرپرستی شده توسط پویان بیگلر و یا دیگر همکاران درون مجموعه هزار نغمه بسته نگار. . 2- آثاری که موسسه فرهنگی هنری هزارنغمه بسته نگار از هنرمندان خارج از کادر این مجموعه منتشر خواهد شد
