Having studied in Australia as well as the U.S. at Parsons school of design, he has worked in the industry for a number of years and recently started his own design brand, ‘Bcompact design’ in 2011, specializing in compact, space saving and environmentally sustainable furniture.. . During a seven year stop-over in NYC, living in high priced and confined conditions, was where Zev developed a passion, partly out of necessity, to design furniture and products to help create the best living environment in the least space.. . After designing and building many interior structures and various pieces of furniture for friends and associates, Zev enrolled at Parsons University and completed an extensive Furniture Design History and Construction course, to develop his knowledge and abilities.. .
