The Level 2 Baking Apprenticeship involves learning the basics about bread and cake making. The course involves practical sessions of in-kitchen baking with tutor demonstrations and support. Students also learn theory based class room knowledge of in-bakery processes and health and safety legislation which can be applied well when working in the factory at Bells.
