KIDS 6-12 years - Scaled learning depending on age and martial arts experience in Traditional Japanese Karate, including appropriately aged self-defence, anti-bullying programs and specific matt chats.. . TEENAGERS 13-17 years - Traditional Japanese Karate and Koryu Uchinadi (old school okinawan drills). Very appropriate for their age to challenge the teenagers and test their mental resolve and improve fitness, coordination, self-defence and practical martial arts.. . FITNESS KICKBOXING 14 years +.
