From beginner to advanced levels, striptease and lapdancing, splits & flexibility, trim & tone and everything in between. Pole dancing classes are held 7 days a week with both daytime and evening timeslots available. All courses are 8 weeks long and consist of a weekly 1 hour session with pole courses consisting of intense pole instruction combined with a dance orientated warm up. Students nominate their session time of choice at enrollment which then remains fixed for the duration of the course and after your first course is booked, anything else booked in the same term is half price.
