Ans: After obtaining a PhD in food science and nutrition at UNSW, I have developed a passion in patisserie, or the art of baking based on food chemical interactions. So basically I have moved from the lab to the kitchen!
I love what I do now and simply want to share my creations to those around me and perhaps inspire someone to the art and science that is patisserie.
