Detailed description is I've found a way to secure a residual income for retirement (I'm over 60) and how to to break through my weight and fitness barrier. So here I am, right smack in the middle of the 'baby boomers'. 63 this year (2016) and with really very little to show for a lifetime of working in regard to accessible funds for a comfortable retirement.. .
