Dance moves + laughs provided After almost 3 years of teaching English in Vietnam, I moved back to Australia in the summer of 2014 and started my university studies. During this time, I was lucky enough to have a good mate who was a wedding photographer and he taught me everything that he knew. It was here that I started my own journey by shooting with other wedding photographers as their second shooter. . . Whilst doing this I found my passion for photography but more importantly people! I started putting my heart and soul into growing as a portrait photographer and spent all of my days and nights working on to improve skill set. Since then I have continued to strive to be the best possible photographer that I can be. It's certainly been a wild ride so far with so many amazing opportunities that have seemed to have just fallen into my lap. . . Relationships are really important to me and I value them above most other things. This 'job' I have has allowed me to meet some truly inspiring people who I'm lucky enough to now call friends. I really believe that human interaction is one of life's greatest gifts.I feel incredibly blessed to have this life, and I do my utmost to not take it for granted.. . I put everything I can physically and emotionally into the stories I'm given to tell. I've built my work around building relationships with the couples I work with and I believe this is a crucial part of telling an honest and authentic tale. Doing it this way takes a little longer than normal but in the end the images I create for my couples are a testament to my ethos. The images I hand back are so much more than just a recap of your event. They are a reflection of who you are, frozen, but living side by side with the real experiences, real emotions and memories that you'll carry along with you for the rest of your life. The reality of life is that we won't always have the people in our lives around forever, but your photographs will bring you back, not only to a time and place, but to a feeling. Laughter, tears, whatever it is...This is what I'm striving to give back..
