Detailed description is Brasserie artisanale spécialiste des bières de Genève de qualité notamment la blanche, blonde, rousse, brune, noire et certaines spéciales de saison La Brasserie des Murailles est une brasserie artisanale implantée à Meinier, commune de la rive gauche, au bord du Lac Léman. En 2001, ses deux fondateurs, grands amateurs de bière, émettent l’idée de créer une bière genevoise à la saveur authentique et traditionnelle.. . Le projet ayant mûri, la production débute dès le mois d’avril suivant. Les produits, élaborés dans le plus pur respect de la tradition, sont 100% naturels (sans colorant, ni conservateur ou tout autre additif). Le but étant de faire (re)découvrir le goût d’une vraie bière de terroir.. . Au vu du succès remporté auprès du public, la brasserie s’équipe, en 2003, de nouvelles installations de plus grande capacité et se déplace dans de nouveaux locaux. Du nouveau également du côté de nos bouteilles changent d'apparence, elle sont désormais sérigaphiées.. . En 2004, pour répondre à une demande toujours grandissante, notre installation est une fois de plus modifiée pour atteindre sa surface actuelle de 380 m2. Des verres sérigraphiés rejoignent nos bouteilles.. . Merci à toutes les amatrices et à tous les amateurs de nos breuvages pour la confiance qu'ils nous témoignent depuis le début de cette belle aventure!
