We are primarily a long-term serviced accommodation with a minimum stay of 6 months, and offer longer contracts at normal rent rates. We also cater for shorter periods for Exchange and Study Abroad students, who're staying for one trimester. This is to operate as an exclusive Deakin University students serviced housing. All houses are fully furnished, have central gas heating; and most of them have air conditioner/s or Evaporative Cooling Systems. They additionally have lockable rooms, homely living areas and car parks at no extra cost.. .
