Detailed description is Our apartment is located in Fairlight, 2 minutes to the local shops, and a 20 minute stroll down to Manly Beach. We have a bus stop at our door step and the ferry down the the road. It will be available from December for short term lets.. . We have a 2/3 bedroom apartment that will be available for short or long term lets from December/January.. . The apartment is located in Fairlight, on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. It's a 2 minutes to the local shops, and a 20 minute stroll down to Manly Beach. We have a bus stop at our door step and the ferry down the the road. There is a shopping mall 10 minutes away with a Coles Supermarket, fresh grocer, fish monger and many more shops.. . The apartment can sleep 6 people, which consists of 2 full bedrooms, and a sun room off the lounge room that also has a double fold out sofer. The main room has a queen bed with built ins. The second room has bunk beds or a single bed and a trundle and built ins. The front sun room is set up a play room with a sofer bed. There is one full bathroom with a bath, internal roof storage and an internal or external laundry for use. There is also a portable cot and high chair available.. . There is one off street car space, and a large garden elevated at the back of the property with a BBQ. There are only 4 other apartments in the block and everyone is friendly.. .
