 2 août 1999 : ouverture du Point d’accueil et embauche de la Coordinatrice.
 mai 2000 : labellisation CLIC : Centre Local d’Information et de Coordination parmi les 25 sites expérimentaux en France, labellisé niveau 2.
 fin 2000 : extension du secteur d’intervention sur 3 cantons supplémentaires sur le Val d’Adour : Castelnau-Rivière-Basse, Maubourguet et Rabastens de Bigorre.
 depuis janvier 2005 : conventionnement avec le Conseil Général des Hautes-Pyrénées.
 2015 : expérimentation PAERPA (Personnes Âgées En Risque de Perte d’Autonomie).
