We teach the foundations of body control and co-ordination and develop fitness on all levels. . We cater for ages prep and above.. All fitness levels (we continue to develop the kids at their pace).. We have two sessions available: Tuesday at Buddina Primary School- Hall 3:00-4:00pm, and Friday 4:00pm-5:00pm at the gym.
