「愛心獎」創辦至今，引起香港社會不同階層關注與迴響，為擴大延伸愛心的宣揚，自第五屆 (2010年)起，跨越海峽，以台灣為港、澳以外的第一站；並於第十屆 (2015) 擴展至中國大陸，第12屆・2017每位得獎人獎金提高至美金 10 萬元，共甄選出六位得獎者，獎金將全數用於公益慈善，向弘揚愛心到世界各地的目標邁進。
