You are free to speak your mind, but we have the right to maintain our Facebook fan pages in a manner that we feel is appropriate.. . Why did you delete my comment and not this other one which was very similar?. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to monitor every single post/comment on this page. We will do our best to enforce the rules but it is possible that we may miss some offenses.. . Why was my comment/post deleted? It did not violate any of the above criteria.. Sometimes strands of a discussion need to be deleted because it is a start or a response to a thread that is troublesome.. . Why did you temporarily ban me from the page?. We do not temporarily ban. Once you are banned, you are not allowed back to the page. Facebook has its own tools for reporting which give the community some power to self-police. A temporary ban may be a result of several people reporting your comments/posts.. . That is unfair because people are ganging up on me.. Yes, sometimes it is, but this is something we do not control. We will do our best to keep the discussions even, but if your ability to comment/post continues to be revoked, we encourage you to avoid engaging with the same group of people.. . If someone is banned, can they come on again under a different profile?. No, this is not allowed. Although there is no easy way to enforce this, we will be monitoring for such offenders.. . Why didn't you ban this person as he/she has a history of posting hateful comments and currently continues to do so on another site/Facebook page?. We are only focused on recent history and on this page.
