Electric, water and cable TV is included. Coin operated washing machines and dryers. Off street, free parking is a plus!. . We try to be a pleasant, fun, homey place to live. We have morning coffees, monthly dinners. We save our aluminum cans to buy flowers for the front entrance and property. JC is our off site manager with office hours every week day. Office number is 920-992-3366. Our maintenance man Jeff, who strikes most as a George Clooney look a like, is there usually 2-3 times a week looking after things.. Rio is a small community of about 1000 souls located on highway 16 about 30 miles north of Madison, WI. . The Rio Library is 150 feet out the east door, with WiFi and computer access. There is a small grocery story about 300 feet from the rear or south door, Johnson Sausage. Downtown Rio has a bigger grocery store, Mark's Market. Rio is also home to four churches, 4 bars and a bowling alley. The Covenant sits on a quiet side street. The middle school is kitty corner from our building plus there is a High School about 7 blocks away with fun activities.. . The Covenant Place is a single story building and all entrances are ADA, wheelchair easy. The apartments are single bedroom, with ADA shower in bathroom. Refrigerator and Electric stove included. Heat is hot water system. While AC not included in the apartments, there is an opening for personal AC units.
