The name chosen reflects our mission which is to:.
· To identify underprivileged communities that may require assistance.
· To empower these communities with knowledge, skills and resources to improve quality of life.
· To establish and support self-help development projects and programs in the communities.
· To achieve sustainability through the involvement of local members of the community.
· To establish links and partnership between individuals and communities in Australia and overseas.
· To promote awareness of and celebrate the diversity between communities as well as commonalities.
