In July 2003, Garden Pointe Residential Care was taken over by DNA and has 60 licensed beds. In Spring 2004, it was converted to an Assisted Living Level 2 Facility and continues to operate today. In February 2006, Whispering Knoll was opened, which is an Assisted Living Level 2 facility with 40 apartment units. This facility was built with Federal tax credits and developed for low to mid-level income senior citizens. In January 2011, The Gardens at Whispering Knoll was opened as an Assisted Living Level 2 facility with 40 apartment units.
