We produce three types of fillings at the moment they are; flavoured butter icing, caramel and chocolate .. . My fruit flavours are made using a butter icing base, adding various fruit to create the exciting taste. The lemon and orange have the juice and zest in the filling. The strawberry and passionfruit are similar with the fruit pureed into the butter icing. Our non fruit flavours such as peppermint and espresso have a butter icing base as well.. . The salted caramel, which is by far our best seller, is home made and is seasoned with imported sea salt flakes.
