Detailed description is Scentsy is the biggest thing to hit Australia with a huge range of warmers, 80 different fragrance bars to melt, cuddly Buddies, body & laundry products. I have always loved fragrance! I find it amazing that a smell can trigger a barrage of memories, or can conjure up images of far away places. A scent can completely stop you in your tracks! Because of this I have always had a vast supply of different types of perfume, always had scented candles, burned incense or used an oil burner. Although I loved my home smelling great, it wasn't so great when the smell would disappear from the candle after an hour or so, and it wasn't so great when a tea light candle burned right down and scorched the mantle piece it was sitting on, nor was it great when the dish of my last oil burner over heated, cracked and sent boiling hot water and oil flying! The first thing I fell in love with when I discovered Scentsy was the huge range of beautiful fragrances - there were 65 different fragrances in our first range and I liked them all, LOVED at least 25 of them!! The second thing I realised was that the smell doesn't go away after an hour - it lasts days!!! There is no candle to burn down to scorch anything, the dish on a Scentsy warmer doesn't get so hot it will crack. In fact they are called warmers because that's what they do...they warm, not burn. I know that I can leave the house without worrying about a candle I may have left burning, and I will still come home to be greeted by a beautiful smell. I am seriously addicted to this stuff! And don't even get me started on the Laundry and Body products. Let's just say that myself, my clothes, my linen, my car, and my whole home smell divine all the time now :). I joined Scentsy as a consultant as I thought it was something I could do from home. I hadn't worked for 6 years due to chronic illness and honestly doubted that I could do much more than sell to family and friends. But Scentsy sells itself because it is just that darned good! Before I knew it I was doing the occasional house party, and people wanted to sign up with me. Fast forward 18 months and I have a team of 37 and growing, I'm a Director, and I have earned 2 free five star international holidays! Not bad for something I started as a bit of a hobby, huh?!!. But the best things are definitely being able to do things for my son which I just couldn't afford before Scentsy, and the amazing friendships I have made with other consultants.
