Everything is designed by me and created by me. . . Delivery is available to the tri-city area ONLY. This includes Apple Valley, Victorville, and Hesperia. We only deliver every other Saturday of every month. And there is a .50 per mile fee. This is a one way fee, not round trip. The following is information on how to place an order for a custom Dream Catcher. To place your order, or for further information, please call or text me directly at:. Lisa @ (909)676-7783. . IMPORTANT:. ALL CUSTOM ORDERS WITH A QUOTED PRICE OF $20.00 OR MORE WILL REQUIRE A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. ONCE DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED, YOUR ORDER WILL BE COMPLETED.. . Before you place a custom order, please consider all of the following options:. . *Ring Size - Diameter. How big across would you like it?. . *Tail Length - Would you like the tails to be a normal length for the ring size you choose. Or would you like them shorter, or perhaps extra long?. . *Ring Color - Do you have a specific color scheme in mind? If so, what would you like the primary color to be? The primary color will be on the ring.. . *Web Color - Consider your color scheme. The secondary color would be for the webbing. . . *Bead Options - Would you like beading woven into the web? If so, what colors or styles of beads would you like?. . *Feather Color & Type - This can be complicated, but no fear, I'm here to help :-) First would you like regular feathers? If so, what color? There are also options like paper feathers and antiqued book page feathers. Or other "things" instead of feathers, or in addition TOO feathers. Such as shells, or book page hearts. The possibilities are endless.. . *Overall Finished Size - This is only a concern for you if you have a specific place you want to hang your Dream Catcher and there is limited space. It would be the dimensions of the Dream Catcher from left to right, and from top to bottom.. . *Special requests - You can request special items or themes for you Dream Catcher. Such as fairies, flowers, ladybugs, animals, cartoon characters, etc. These take extra time, so depending on the complexity of the design, will also add to the price.. . NOW FOR THE BORING TECHNICAL STUFF.....BUT PLEASE READ!!. . Please allow a minimum of one week for completion of a custom order. If additional time is required, you will be notified within 48 hours of placing your order. Examples of reasoning for a delay would be availability of specialty items, or perhaps customer changes order (yes, it happens) . . Once you have been notified that your order is ready for pick up, you will have 2 weeks to pick up your order. After 2 weeks, your Dream Catcher will be placed on sale to the public.. . Be sure that we have current information on file as to how to get a hold of you. Such as full name, phone number, and email. Most communication is usually done through texting and messenger. But we prefer an alternate method when those two fail.. . NOW A PERSONAL NOTE:. I put a lot of time and effort into each Dream Catcher I make. Weather it's just an idea I have for something new, or a Disney Princess Dream Catcher for a friends little girl. I care about making my customers happy. . The reason my above post may come across as a little "cold" is because a lot of my customers don't care as much as I do. And I would like this experience to be a pleasant as possible, for both of us.
