We are a growing team who are making a positive impact for our future generations because most people don’t know that Planet Earth is getting affected at an alarming rate. Earth Ambassadors was formed by a group of 4 youths who were severely affected by natural calamity (Chennai Floods) in 2015 which inspired them to make a sustainable living. Considering the fact that the Youth are future generations of our Earth, we decided to strategise and channelise a concrete structured long-term proposal to make Earth sustainable.. . Earth Ambassadors is a registered Non-Profit Organisation with an aim to make this world a better place and lead a sustainable life. We strongly believe that “there is no shame in starting small to lay foundation for something big.” and hence support from our volunteer’s has increased drastically since 2016 reaching upto 200 active youth and many partner organisations who support our campaign financially to create awareness.. . Earth Ambassadors constantly aim’s to donate and plant tree saplings. Since inception we have donated more than 1500 saplings and planed 2800 saplings in and around chennai. Our activity has increased since last December as a lot of thick bark trees were uprooted due to cyclone whilst resulting to increased humidity. With more than 10 awareness drive and 3500 saplings planted in the past three months, we want to expand and maximise our campaign visibility.
