We offer an after school program. we are picking up kids from Fountain Lake School and parents pick child up at 5:30. We help with homework, allow kids to eat a snack and then we have martial arts class 3 nights a week, bible study on Wednesday, and PT training on Fridays. We also have little warriors class ages 4-7 on Tuesday and Thursday, children's class on Mondays and Thursday. we will add new classes soon. Our adult classes are Monday Tuesday and Thursday. we have Zumba on Tuesday. We not only teach martial arts we teach a way of life!
