The abbot and resident teacher is Genro Lee Milton Sensei, who was ordained by and trained with Eido Shimano Roshi. While maintaining an ongoing daily practice by a small ordained residency, the zendo provides Zen programs including beginner events, one-day sitings, weekend and weeklong sesshin intensives, one-month kessei residential training, and community oriented events such as a global relief benefit event, local food drive, Obon Evening of Remembrance, and a New Year's Eve Candlelight Ceremony.
