Detailed description is Hi, my name is Ricky! I am a housewife, mother and a current student. Although I have always been into keeping fit and eating healthy, it hasn't been until the last 8 months or so that I have really developed a strong passion for fitness.. I have been training with a group of mums who have in no doubt inspired me with their great levels of fitness. I have seen so many ladies who I train with start from being totally exhausted just after the 10min warm up to completing a 1 hour circuit with 200m runs in between with absolute no problem. This would be so rewarding not only to those women but also to the fitness trainer.. I have a love for helping others and assisting them on reaching their goals. So I have taken the next step and have decided to give this a go. . I am in the process of competing my cert 3 in fitness at Fit College http://www.fitcollege.edu.au/ Fit college was recommended to me by other fitness trainer who also shared the same interests in becoming a fitness trainer. Being a housewife and a mother of an 8 year old in no doubts keeps me very busy with house duties and after school activities. Fit College allows me the flexibility to study on line at my own pace. This works perfectly for me as I can create my own study plan. I can allocate times for study as well as completing my other day to day tasks. Fit college provides me with training knowledge that is required for me to follow my dream and become a fitness trainer.. My goal is share the knowledge of good exercise and how to maintain a well balanced diet to mums who like myself once felt that there was no "me" time. DO NOT FEEL GUILTY ABOUT "ME" TIME - this is required, not only physically but mentally. Once this has been achieved you will see how much happier and easier life will be for you!
