Das Haus ist nur 50m vom Strand entfernt und sowohl ein Fischrestaurant und Grieche, als auch ein weiteres Highlight neben der Nähe zum Strand, die Surf- und Kiteschule neben dem Bungalow. Der großzügige Strand lädt zum Sonnenbaden ein und die Region besticht durch die einzigartige Natur. Die Stadt Greifswald ist ca. 15km entfernt. Die Insel Rügen und Usedom erreichen Sie in ca. 50min bequem mit dem Auto. Viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten stehen Ihnen hier in MV zur Verfügung. Sei es im Frühjahr die Rapsblüte, ein Sommerurlaub am Strand, sportliche Aktivitäten wie kiten, surfen, segeln oder angeln, oder der Spätsommer und Herbst in den bunten Wäldern. Auch ein Zeltplatz ist direkt nebenan und somit auch die Möglichkeit bei dem Konsum jeden Morgen frische Brötchen oder andere Lebensmittel einzukaufen. Erholung und Natur finden Sie bei uns immer. . Das Badezimmer mit Dusche ist hell und großzügig gehalten. Ein separater HWR-Raum mit Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
