Ans: Art....has always been my passion...fashion illustration being my first love....<3 In school..the teacher would tap on my shoulder...i would be engrossed in 'sketching' ladies in fashion poses...hahaha...oblivious to my surroundings...until ..of coz..the silent classroom,turned to laughter when i was 'awakened' by that tap!! lol.... Hmmmm...those were the days....a long...long time ago.! 'Fusion Colour Madness In Abstract Form'....was born on a rather cool day..i still remember..it was raining that day...and me n my daughter,Maryam..were dabbling in art in the living room...she was doing her art homework for school..and i was 'doodling' on my new art pad...she came up to me,saw my sketch..of ..yes, you guessed it..the 'ladies-in poses'..again...haha..and said to me she would help me start a page in fb to showcase my art work...''my art work..i said!!?!'...my confidence level..haha..was quite low..at the time...after seeing some of the fantastic art work around the world...i am still in awe...!! Well..i agreed..all of a sudden...i felt the need to to draw..and draw....and draw....it was as if every feeling...emotion...inside me was bursting to manifest..into something 'surreal'...a therapeutic need to be 'healed'..so to speak...! I guess...'Pandora's Box'....once opened..may not close ever again...or will it..?!!? Hope u get some delight in looking through my art...every piece has a story of sorts....therapy, you know...can begin in art...and can bring 'closure' to things you can't 'heal'...yourself....<3
